We utilize third-party AI APIs (including x.AI) to power AI features on our platform, but we are an independent service provider operating the interface and delivery system only.

No Responsibility for AI Content: Results are generated by third-party AI models. 2in1 AI facilitates the interface and delivery but is NOT responsible for the specific content generated by the AI. All AI outputs are provided "as-is" and may contain:

Errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

1. USE OF THE SERVICE

1.1 Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and have the legal right to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials

1.3 Service Tiers and Subscriptions

The Service offers both Free and Upgraded (Active) membership tiers:

Free Membership: Grants access to the text chat AI (limited to 10 messages per day) and basic sharing/QR code generation features.

Upgraded Membership: Requires payment of a monthly subscription ($7.00) or annual subscription ($80.00) and grants unlimited access to the AI chat features.

Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions, except as required by applicable law. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 Company Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and Service (including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics) are the proprietary property of the Company and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.
